Quick Start

This guide walks through the first steps after you decide to use Entity CashTrack: install the native application, create an account, then set up templates and billing basics. Use the links below in order, or jump to a section from the directory tree.

Before you begin

  • CashTrack runs as a desktop application, not inside a web browser. Installation is platform-specific; pick your OS in the install guide.
  • Reading here vs. using the product: this site is for reading help articles in your browser. Installing, signing in, and day-to-day work happen in the desktop application you install from the steps below.

1. Install the application

Follow Installing the application for Windows, macOS, or Linux, then return here for setup.

2. Create your account

Open Creating your account once the application is installed.

3. Create a template

4. Create a bill
